Mark Petrie was the consulate real estate professional. I was in the position of trying to sell my parents home so they could afford assisted living and he held my hand throughout the process. He recommended repairs to make the house ready for market and a cleaning agency to buff it out. It sold quickly at our asking price. What's not to like!
